These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of iWorkLeads, including our website and our SMS and email communication programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

iWorkLeads is a service operated by JMJ Technology Solutions LLC.


1. Program Description

iWorkLeads provides automated communication services to help businesses respond to inbound inquiries and manage lead engagement.

iWorkLeads may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include:

Responses to inquiries

Service updates and onboarding communications

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Marketing or promotional messages (only if you explicitly opt in)

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or submit your information.

By providing your phone number and submitting any form on this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and consent to receive communications from iWorkLeads LLC.

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with the service.

You can expect to receive messages related to inquiries you submit, appointments you request, and service-related communications when you opt in.


2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize iWorkLeads to send text messages to the mobile number you provided using automated technology.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.


3. SMS Messaging Disclosure (Required)

iWorkLeads provides automated SMS and email communications related to inquiries, appointments, service updates, and other service-related notifications that users opt in to receive.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 559-620-5001. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


4. Message Frequency, Rates & Privacy

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

You will receive message frequency based on your interaction with iWorkLeads and the services you opt into.

If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Re-Opting In

If you previously opted out and wish to receive messages again, you may re-enroll using the same method you originally used to opt in.


6. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

iWorkLeads plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days’ notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the applicable notice period.

Because iWorkLeads operates as an ongoing service and system access is provided throughout the billing cycle, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.


7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
